Technical Difficulties....(<- did I spelled it right?)

This is hard....I want to chat with customer care...but I can't because they say there "unavailable". UGH!! I hate it! What a rip-off. Wake me up at 3 or 4am so I can chat with them then....PLEASE!!! :**(
